The National Senior Games is the largest multi-sport championship in the world for seniors 50+. An estimated 10,000 athletes compete each year in 20 medal sports. These games encourage health and fitness as well education for those over 50. This year, the games will be held in the city of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
